Required documents for applying for a Chinese Visa: |

1. Valid original passport(s) - valid for at least next 6 months & with two blank Visa Pages; |
| 2. One color passport photo light plain background - to be stapled in the Photo place on the Chinese Visa Application Form; |

(can be printed either single sided or double sided. Signature must be identical to the one on your passport.)

4. If you apply for Business Visa, you also need to enclose a formal invitation letter issued by a Chinese Company with China address and telephone no. shown on the letter head.
The invitation letter needs to be signed or stamped. It needs to state the travellers Surname, Middle Names, Frist Name & current passport no. You visa application won't be accepted
if these details are missing.
* From 16th Jan 2012, applicant applying for tourist and family visa (L-visa) also need to provide:
1. Invitation letter from a Chinese organization or a permanent resident in China; or
2. Cruise itinerary or Air ticket booking record (round trip) and hotel reservation with passengers full name on it;

- If using Royal Mail please only use Special Next Day Delivery post (postage £5.05), it is guaranteed delivery of Next day and can be tracked on Royal Mail website. Other type of posts: 1st class recorded etc will likely to be delayed by Royal Mail in central London office.

Your invitation letter from friends or relatives in China should include the following personal details
* Full Name of invitee as shown on passport;
* Gender of invitee;
* Date of birth of invitee;
* Passport No. of invitee;
* Date of intended visit to China;
* Purpose of visiting China.
* Name, address and contact telephone number of the inviter;
* The letter needs to be dated and signed by the inviter.

- Best time to apply for your visa about 1 month before your departure.
- Turn around Time quoted doesn't include the time of transit. If you need your passport for travelling in a week, you are advised to use Express service.
- The Chinese Embassy do NOT issue
visa on the same day anymore; Express service takes 2-3 working days - If we receive the application on Monday morning, the Chinese visa will be ready on Wednesday to pick up from our office or Thursday on your address;
We send your passport back with Chinese visa pasted on one of the pages by Insured Special Next Day delivery by 1pm (Postage inclusive).
